506b and 506C Offerings

However, per SEC regulations general solicitation and advertising are prohibited, that means Capstone Equities can only market to people with we have a pre-existing substantive relationship.

506(c): Permits Capstone Equities to general solicitation and advertising, what does this mean? Capstone Equities can publicly market the deal. The trade-off is that all investors must be accredited, and Capstone Equities must take reasonable steps to verify their accreditation (not just rely on self-certification).
